CIVILIAN ENGINEERING ACTIVITY
The engineering activity of ARSENAL JSCo started in 1987.
The Engineering Department performs:
- Transfer of know-how,
- Assists customers in planning, designing and implementation of all necessary equipment facilities and prepares documentation for various technological processes;
- Installs workshops and tests equipment in the Customer`s country,
- Trains Customer`s personnel,
- Performs quality control of the implemented processes and production activities, and
- provides any necessary technical assistance.
The realized activities of Arsenal Civilian Engineering include:
Workshops and technologies for galvanization, chemical phosphatizing, anodizing and other chemical treatments;
Workshops and technologies for electroplating and heat treatment;
Workshops and technologies for press-forging processes;
Lines for electro-mechanical machining;
Lines for deep-hole drilling of work pieces;
Workshops for production of special tooling, etc.
The thorough study of Customer’s conditions, their capabilities and presence of production capacities, allows us to offer the most technically and economically efficient solution for the realization of the Customer’s project.
We are able to perform modernization of the Customer’s existing production process and to offer him new and more efficient technologies and methods of processing.
