The Mortar Bombs HE 60MA, PRACT 60MA and PRACT 60MATM are intended to be used with any type of smooth bore 60 mm Mortars of NATO Standard – such as COMMANDO Mortar M60CMA, M60MA, M2 and M19, BRANDT model 35, Tampella, Thompson Houston – Hotchkiss – Brandt Commando, M-57, M6H and M6C Hirtenberger, etc.

The 60 mm HE 60MA, due to its streamlined design of the body and well calculated and shaped fin stabilizer assy, reaches 3130 m firing range which is among the longest and most accurate ranges known for such type of ammunition.

Thanks to their streamlined hull design and well-calculated and shaped stabilizer blade, the 60 mm PRACT 60MA  and 60 mm PRACT 60MATM reaches a range of 1 993 m, which is among the longest and most accurate ranges known for this type of ammunition.

PRACT 60MA and PRACT 60MATM are used for training purposes, their flight ballistic is identical to those of the high explosive version.

 

Main Features:

This Mortar Bomb HE 60MA is fuzed with AF621 (Point detonating, super quick action, boresafe type) fuze.

The Mortar Bomb PRACT 60MA is fuzed with Inert fuze.

The Mortar Bomb PRACT 60MATM is fuzed with AF66 (Point detonating, super quick action, boresafe type, muzzle safety distance 40 m) fuze.

It is absolutely prohibited to fire any type of Mortar bombs with bigger than 2nd increment charge from 60 mm Commando Mortars!
